Where can I find help if it is not an emergency situation?

Your child can speak with a teacher, school counsellor, or advocate at their school.

Speak with your child’s pediatrician, family doctor, or go to a walk-in clinic, or urgent care center.

The Bridge Youth & Family Services Society is a not-for-profit, registered charity that has provided innovative and quality programming to the children, youth and families of the Central Okanagan since 1969.

The Central Okanagan Elizabeth Fry Society is a non-profit organization that supports and empowers those affected by sexual abuse, sexual assault, exploitation or violence in a relationship. Services are free and confidential.

YMCA of the Okanagan offers Mental Wellness groups for 13-17 year old’s, as well as many other health, fitness, leadership, and recreation programs.

Westbank First Nations offers youth programs and services for youth, ages 12 to 18, with cultural and traditional learning.

BGC Okanagan helps children build healthy, supportive relationships with caring adult role models, which in turn can positively influence the life path they choose.
